The [Rin*RIN*] course (10 dishes) begins with a five-item assortment of seasonal appetizers, followed by a four-item sashimi platter directly from Toyosu Market, a summer vegetable and beef tongue salad, beef tongue stew simmered for 8 hours, a comparison of the signature charcoal-grilled fatty beef tongue with salt and miso, tempura of seasonal conger eel, and rice served in a wooden container with summer oysters and seaweed.This seasonal course, perfect for business dinners, social gatherings, and banquets, allows you to luxuriously enjoy our famous beef tongue and other summer delicacies.
